If Joss can make Nathan a really creepy, neck snapping bad guy (Caleb, BVS season 7)he can do the same for Alan.
Personally I'm sure Joss will pull one of his great twists on us.

I agree! Nathan, Gina, and Adam have been badguys on Buffy and Angel, so now it's Alan's turn! (if he is indeed the badguy)

it says on his wiki that he is alpha but there is no supporting link to back it up...but it's not like people have ever faked a wiki before so I trust it...

Well he is.
Which is snazzy.
I was beginning to doubt it.
It was a bait and switch, I thought.
So i devised alternate theories.
What if Alpha WAS dead?
And any actions by Alpha was actually done by a doll IMPRINTED with Alpha's mind, done so by a mole inside the Dollhouse?
But then Wash did a little slashy-slashy and I was happy.
