My first time left more of an impression of what happend than a memory of what happened.

What time does the registration on Thursday close? And also, is this going to be something that I'm hooked on and will forever be attending?

This is my first D*C in YEARS!! Last time I went everyone was talking about a new show on Showtime based on that Stargate movie. Absolutely can't wait.

I traveled over from Scotland to Atlanta in '07 expecting it to be an expensive one time only trip. Was there again last year too, and I'll be going again this year. Expect that you'll like it. A lot.

Hmmm, may have to make this. I've been going to AWA for a few years now...this one is ridiculously expensive compared to that, which is the only thing stopping me...

But I'm not a huge anime fan...and this seems to have more stuff that I actually get into...I live about half an hour from the exit 5 Marta station...I could just drive there and take Marta, or even get a ride...

*looks at wallet* I'm debating whether my kids need to go to college or not.

That's kinda what I was thinking. It's my b-day in a week's time, and I'm at the age where I just say, "Send as much money as you can." I'll guess once I see how much "as much as you can" is I'll try to gauge it. *crosses fingers for money and for more FF actors to be confirmed*

Dragon Con is actually more than you can do in 2 or 3 weeks if you wanted to attend everything and could spread it out.

Already got passes, hotel reservations and plane tickets (yeah for the Delta/Jet Blue price war about a month ago. It's now much cheaper than even driving).

And the kids will want to come with you, eventually...my daughter would much rather like to go on a a trip to Dragon Con than another semester at college.
