A couple tips:

No details equals you look suspect.

Talking about "true Browncoats" is a very poor choice of words and insulting to those that don't want to spend time on these specific initiatives. It also makes you look suspect.

Constantly yelling makes you look amateurish and suspect.

Talking about how your project is "ultimate" is insulting to every other campaign successful or not that has come before you and/or is still ongoing. It also makes you look suspect.

All in all, the only thing you've done right is where to post. Also, these types of things are actually counter-productive at this point in time. Why has been outlined nicely by CK:

If you want to help then fly below the radar using "word of mouth" and/or purchasing merchandise. If you want to do something more public, then join the ranks of the fan fic writers and/or on-line RPG'ers (forum or otherwise). There's also a EV Nova game mod that is in the works that needs some help. There are also many other ways to help out which all effectively make the BC community look more active.

THAT is the true productive goal at this point. Growing the fan base and making it look active... by actually being active.
