Wasn't this supposed to be about a pilot episode?
If it's just going to be another snipe fest about the legality and ethics of downloading could we please rename it so that people aren't lured in only to discover there is almost no correlation between the content and the title?
If not, could those wanting to fight it out make a whole new thread for that express purpose and go have at it?

This is the pilot. The regular series is shooting, but won't air till next January, in the normal BSG slot.
