Anyone catch this ? Pretty funny, from what I saw.
Anaka seems to be a cross between Zoe and Inara. Wicked warrior and sexually free.

Tried to watch the rerun tonight, and had to give up after the second commercial break. Just didn't do it for me. Way too hokey and predictable.

Predicable ? Huh...I didn't see it that way at all.
Ok, I didn't even see the whole episode. But it was only the 1st one. And anyone that hot deserves a 2nd chance.
Least that's how I see it in my book.

I watched about 5 minutes and was thoroughly repulsed. I found it to be pretty much God Awful, actually.

Just watched it a second time last night!
Excellent casting — just watching Matt Lucas (Dongalor) & Alex MacQueen (Barnabus) enunciate cracks me up.
And I'm predicting great things for India de Beaufort (Aneka)!
Could've done without the gayness, though.

I'm can't help it, but when a beautiful, sexy woman can pull of comedy, that's just a double dip of goodness for me.

Most posters here so far have sort of born out my suspicions about the show, based on the ads for it. That said, I will also say that, from those same ads, the young lady looks to be the cream of the cast's thespian crop.
And, of course, she's just generally got attributes...
No shame in liking "low-brow" (or pick your label) humor of course (particularly where attributes are involved). I got a friend that goes back about 30 years - one of the more intelligent folks I know - and he loves the goofy and the slap-stick-y. He would likely love Krod...and I would quietly step out for a bit and visit the neighbors while he watches it.
W W M B D ?
What would Mel Brooks do?
