We gained -14 votes on Jericho in the week ending April 6 (129 the previous week). Overall the total vote at the beginning of the week is Jericho 53,832 (51,838 last week), Firefly 53,435 (51,455 last week) We are 397 behind, versus 383 a week ago. A year ago, we were ahead. Over the last few months, we have been closing the gap.

The final vote for us was 70 percent (71 the day before), with 1,177,615 (1,174,566 the day before) total votes. The winner of the vote (NASA has the final say) will be announced In April, 2009.
At BBC ( http://newsvote.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/6517155.stm) today we are; Serenity 42.31% Star Wars 29.40% Blade Runner 17.05% Planet of the Apes 1.82% The Matrix 9.42% 42795 Votes Cast
In the last 24 hours there were 11 votes.
On January 1st it was; Serenity 41.15% Star Wars 30.00% Blade Runner 17.40% Planet of the Apes 1.85% The Matrix 9.60% 41877 Votes Cast

Actually, it's becoming pretty regular. Firefly picks up steam during the week or keeps even, then on the weekend the Jericho folks dump in extra votes, especially on Sunday night. We can't give up on the weekends, folks!
And have you noticed the sudden jump at Stargate in Red Dwarf votes? They're coming on strong, so don't give up there, either!
