Ryan Tasz will be playing Solider in the film. His previous noteable roles include Ben in the Buffy episode "I Only Have Eyes For You" and an episode of Cold Case.

Does soldier mean Alliance ? Independents? What ? WHAT? What does it mean ???

I know from an earlier post that, according to an article, Joss was quoted as saying the movie would have - in 1 word - Reavers. ( liked how I strung that out ? )

While I'm drinking a beverage ( or several ) to day 1 of fliming, there's a LONG way to go till I'm in a theatre watching River kill folks with her brain.

IMDB is amazingly unreliable, I wouldn't trust this until it comes through some sort of official channel.
