If there was a God it wouldn't have been canceled in the first place.
But lets say there is a God and he came up with that deal...
My response would be;

If Having to give up STNG to have more Firefly I would gladly give them up. I'd also consider ending up in hell, because more Firefly would be Heaven!!

Given that, a short while ago, you were agonizing over how to explain the moral ambiguity of Firefly to your son, while Trek is about as wholesome, moralistic and squeaky-clean* as you can get, the first thing I'd do is ask "God" for some ID...
I mean, they say that the Devil has all the best tunes: I give you "The Ballad of Serenity Valley" vs. "Faith of the Heart" (or the vocal version of TOS theme, for that matter)...

ME: "Sure, Big Guy, go ahead! What do I care? I've already seen everything in the Star Trek franchise. It's only the poor saps that haven't that are affected."
GOD: "Ah, but there's the rub: not ever having been aired, you would no longer have the memories thereof, either."
ME: "Then I won't miss it, either, now will I? Seven seasons of nothing... carry the nothing... So, I'll just have several more shiny seasons of Firefly for free! Show me the dotted line!"

If you asked me this before the last episode of Battlestar aired it would've take me longer to say Firefly, but now I can't get the word Firefly out fast enough lol.
