For the first morning in a while, I didn't have to drag myself out of bed! Menus to all around! (We do have menus here, right?)

...well...

...you see, MsA,...

...the Earth rotates about its axis with an average angular velocity of approximately 7.2921150 x 10^−5 radians per second, which results in our ability to perceive changes in what has been dubbed "time." Couple this with the ancient calculations and subsequent adoption of the Gregorian calendar, and that's (briefly and very generally) how we get our relatively perceived and generally accepted time, making today now and still Tuesday...

You'd be amazed at some of the euphemisms I hear come out of the mouths of grown women.

"Va jay-jay"
"hoo- hoo"
"coochie"
"junk"

the list is endless....

Va-gi-na. Say it with me: vagina. All together now "I have a VAGINA!"

Okay let's try this one. Pe-nis. Penis. "I have a PENIS!"

Get over it.

Sorry, wouldn't know. I use MSN. And the last time I checked this was fireflyfans.net. Though I could be wrong, it's been known to happen.

oh MsA, you have no idea how much I miss beer

I was slightly lost in the gamer speak although I work with one so fairly familiar with an epic fail.

Weekend coming, sun is shining, maths to do but we shan't mention that and I'm hoping my specialist finally suggests something useful to my doctor to sort my stomach as I haven't done anything more strenuous than walk to work and tidy the house in weeks.

I want to play football, lift weights and go running, no good at this couch potato lifestyle.

Of course if I could just persuade the other half to let me get a 360 I might feel different but suspect she'll tell me if I can afford that then I could pay half of the hips pack, being a grown up sucks!

Met a guy in the rain. He was measuring the house to give me an estimate, so it's not as exciting as it sounds.

This will be #2. Hopefully I will not have the urge to swallow my tongue this time.

Did I ever mention that insulating and siding is gorram expensive?

This morning was chauffeur duty with the school field trip, now I've got make something for the potluck duty, then it's go pretend that you're enjoying yourself watching an 11 year old do interpretive dance while waiting for your son's turn duty at the school talent show.

And it's pissing down so I can't plant the stawberries that just came in the mail RIGHT NOW!!

I melted some butter in a cast iron skillet, tossed in some sunflower seeds, roasted red peppers, spinach, salt and pepper, then poured beaten egg (from my chickens!) over it and stirred it into a fretta-like thingy and grated pecorino romano into and over it.

Son raved over it (but picked out the peppers) and there wasn't any left, so I guess it wasn't too bad.

Piano is the new karate! (Last year half the acts were karate, this year... you guessed it.)

And may I just say "so much for a firm and guiding hand". Hey, it's the ME show, now with 20% more ME!! (Sneaky. One solo, and insert self into two group acts.) Do not do your group dance as a solo without significant tweaking, it makes for long pauses where you obviously have no idea what to do. To the tune of "I Want Candy" no less. Sigh.

There was standup, and magic. And piano, did I mention piano?

We're home and waiting for a wind storm to start up. I'm thinking of running for groceries before it hits. Hmm..

Or I could stay here and drink until I fall off my barstool.
Or I could sit in a booth and then I won't fall off!
