Picnic, etc, would be easy to organise - there's plenty of good groundspace in Oxford for that kind of stuff, and a family-style event could be a bit different from the (admittedly very few) meets I've attended in the past.

I really don't have the time or money (more specifically, I don't have a car) to get down to London or Oxford at the moment. Is there anyone else appart from me and Sticks up in the North West at all?
