Another week, another Chrisisall list that you just can't help but reply to.
How you doing my American buddy?

In your list I would pick:

V For Vendetta, Batman Begins, Iron Man, Incredible Hulk and Serenity of course.

But I would add:

Watchmen
The Dark Knight
Wall-E
Juno
The Bourne Trilogy
The Descent
Shaun Of The Dead
Hot Fuzz
Pan's Labyrinth

There are others I like but these stand out.
Watchmen may drop from the list after repeated viewing but for now it's there.

Iron Man was a fun movie, but that's all, not one I would classify as a favorite. I also enjoyed both Hellboy films but didn't think they were substantial enough to list.

However, I had originally intended to fudge the facts a bit and list one other movie. It was released late in 2000, so technically not 21st Century, but I loved Memento.
