I'm finding myself in Charleston, SC 3rd to the afternoon of 4th April and am wondering if there are any Browncoats there who might be interesting in meeting up, having a drink, meal ... both?

I wish I could be, but it's about a four hour drive from our house. But while you're there, whether or not you can find other Browncoats, if you like seafood be sure to check out Hyman's Seafood on Meeting St, just up from the Market. My wife is crazy about their fried lobster, and just about everything else is good, too!

Hey Y'all,

Saw your post on the interlink, and thought you sounded like good folk who might be lookin' to meet for a drink or two and talk about good times during the war.

We gots a powerful notion to meet up with like minded folk in the Charleston area, maybe talk about how to bring about the needful fall of the alliance. That would be a shiney thing now wouldn't it?

Erm, was this in response to my original post? 'Cos if so, I'm going to have to say I can't meet as my trip to Charleston was in 2009. Hope you do find other Browncoats in the city though.
