Yep. ABC has been showing promos for Castle all through their lineup. In top-rated shows. Different version of the promo each week. Also people have seen promos at the movies. Also people have seen a Castle billboard up in Times Square.

Nathan wrote or said sometime ago that Drive had the most promotion for any of the shows he was in ever. Which shows how little promotion Firefly had. And now ABC shows how little promotion Drive and Dollhouse had!

Sooo happy he's getting all this exposure.

I was at Wondercon and was able to see the West Coast Premiere of Wonderwoman (Nathan wasn't able to make it so he introduced the filk via video, quite awesome). I urge everyone to buy Wonderwoman, it's an amazing movie all the way around. The animation is gorgeous, the script is strong (yet very humorous when need be, Nathan's lines got some of the biggest laughs), the story is easily entertaining for those who aren't WW fans and on top of that there is a top notch voice cast. Even though it's direct to DVD it's worthy of a theatrical release, seriously. I was blown away by the quality and this is coming from an Animation major who tends to cringe at Direct to DVD animated features.

Just finished WONDER WOMAN. The only way it would be "awesomer:" is if Joss had written it.

The animation was wonderful, story was good and Nathan's quips were priceless.

I think Kimmel just learned the same lesson Craig Ferguson did. "You have a bunch of crazed fans here." Duh

And how 'bout Kimmel showing some love for the Browncoats. I think I recognized a couple of the people in those pictures.

Nice interview. Nervous scratching of the leg/buttocks aside.

For the last couple weeks of seeing promos of castle wearing a coat with a decidedly brown color, I've thought, "Those costume people should get an award for pure genius tapping into existing fandom." Looking forward to Castle even if the character is no Captain Mal, alas...

I liked the interview as well (Yes, nervous leg/buttock scratching aside...), and the talk about Serenity was great. Nice Captain Hammer figurine, and the Halo discussion was funny! :) Jimmy Kimmel just won waaaay more Browncoat points tonight than Colbert did. :)

Hopefully now that Nathan's gotten some of his jitters out, he'll be able to have a bit more fun on The View later this week! All this publicity for him is shiny!

Edit: I found out what time Good Morning America is on. I go to work halfway through it. Bets on whether Nathan Fillion is in the first or second half?

Some of us think the coat is really Nathan's coat. Looks exactly like one he has been photographed in for years. Could just be similiar.

Nathan is really doing great.

He was wonderful on Jimmy and marvelous on GMA. I'm glad he had Diane Sawyer there with everyone else.

BTW- I not only went to Jimmy I made it onscreen! I'm behind the sign for Nathan, looking at the sign, back row on the left with the big smile!

I have a question; what is the bad word which Nathan referred to when he said saying Rick Castle really fast sounded like a bad word? I remember him saying to take out the c, but I still cannot think of a bad word which it sounds like.

In your defense, Jimmy Kimmel didn't seem to get it either until Nathan finally stage-whispered it to him.
