Yes, I think I would rewatch if the characters didn't sound, well, exactly like Chris just now.

Gotta bounce.

LOL, most didn't! Sorry, can't stop laughing...
I just watched Flushed & 411 On The DL last night as a matter of fact, and Cindy's the main one who talks like that. And all Max says is stuff like Gotta blaze/ feeling a little punk, that sort of thing. Not a bit of it from Lydecker, Normal, Sketchy, Logan, Bling- hell, not even Herbal uses HH slang.

He was usually too stoned to be coherent anyway.

I adored DA. It was the first show I ever really got into. Being a teenager, the ghetto talk didn't really register, other than I wasn't used to most people talking that way. I was intrigued since I first saw the commercials for it before it came out. Unfortunately, I haven't seen the first season since the first run, because I'm a starving college student (soon to be starving artist when I graduate) and can't afford to shell out the money for the DVDs.

From what I remember, the first season was spectacular. I was riveted. Then the second season started...in the friday death slot, without the caliber of the first season. I lost interest, had other things to do on friday nights, and DA was no longer a priority, although I recently saw the season 2 finale, and there was a lot of potential there for a decent season three, unless the monster of the week thing managed to continue.

Chris,

It never ceases to amaze me how much mileage you squeeze out of every single DA thread. I am truly stunned.

Caught some of the marathon on Sci-Fi as coincidence would have it. Pollo Loco is still such a powerful episode. Jensen Ackles is such a youngster in that episode.

You and I both.

I can´t get Dollhouse here in South America. I don´t have internet at home so I can´t buy it from iTunes either.

But if Chris says it is not as good as DA, I believe him. It will take something like Firefly to beat DA. DA continues to be one of the best TV series I´ve ever watched. Season 2 included (that´s when I fell in love with Jensen).

That's not to say it couldn't BECOME a better series. But the chemistry between Michael & Jessica is going to be extremely difficult to beat. I don't know if Dollhouse is gonna have a love thing, though.

It couldn't happen without other fans of the series.
