Equaling A really good idea translating to a mediocre show that went down hill so fast that it makes heads spin.

I do agree abut the similarities of Dollhouse and DA. They are similar, but I promise you if we see a second season of Dollhouse it will blow Dark Angel off the face of the earth. Forever.

First season was AVERAGE ?? Hell, you must have watched it with a bag over your head or something. Ain't nothing "average" about DA's 1st season.

It is not those who use the term "Islamo-Fascism" who are sullying the name of Islam; it is the Islamo-Fascists. - Dennis Prager

A concern of the GOP is that the people aren't informed enough to understand their policies, while a fear of the Dems is that the people ARE.

I haven't seen enough Dollhouse to make a judgement yet.. but I just knew from the title of the thread that it was going to be the Dark crisisall angel

My experience exactly. 1st season was gold.
Then Fox asked for more kitch, and they tried to comic-book it up a little to pull a bigger audience. I lost interest halfway through season two when Joshua got fleas. Then I bought both on DVD, & found that the second season ain't so bad if you only watch about 9 of the eps (1, 2, 3, 7, 11, 12, 13, 19 & 21).

I will not rule out that possibility.

Dark Angel = hottest hottie.

Dollhouse = hottest script, more nudity.

I can't really compare the two beyond superficial simmilarities before I see more of Dollhouse. But while I did enjoy DA, it was one of the most frustratingly inconsistant shows I've ever watched. We'll see how DH goes.

Being into mind control conspiracy theory/fact as you are, this comes as no surprise to me.

Currently running:

Lost; show is loosing me. Haven’t seen the last 2 episodes and developing a “so what?“ attitude. The series has layered itself right off the radar. JMO

Chuck tv; Has it’s moments and is still interesting enough . Don’t think I’d given it the time of day had it not been for Adam Baldwin as agent Casey in the first episode. Still descent enough to tune in Monday nights.

Dexter; a show my wife near insisted I watch with her. Glad that I did. Has a lot going for it. Will continue.

Smallville; Up to season 6. Great show ( not FF but still Ok) waiting for the last season dvd to reach my income budget.

Dollhouse; Ain’t watched it, ain’t seen it. Ready to hate myself for not supporting it. Haven’t gotten over my F*>< “Drive” phobia. I’ll catch it after F*>< slams it to the gutter.

Z

PS: Watching NBC's Life too. Hope Christina Hendricks shows up in season2.

Second season, I agree. But watch it according to my list above, & its quality stays a good deal more consistent, though.
