Evening all

about to desend into maths although going to get my words out first.

Just been watching the BBC documentary following Terry Pratchett for a year with his alzheimers, kind of upliffting, sad and humbling all at once. Reminds me of my Grandad who seems to be vanishing in front of us although that's due to mini-strokes rather than alzheimers.

Anyone watching Being Human? Awesome program again from bbc about a vampire, werewolf and ghost living in Bristol. Highly recomend if you get a chance.

Ah well, have procrastinated enough, good luck with your date Ems.

Thanks, and yes, I'm loving Being Human. Not the most original of plots but fantastic characterization. Also, I went to Uni in Bristol and keep squealing in glee as I notice places I know!

I'll let you all know tomorrow how the Valentine's day date goes!

I've been watching being human too, and also quite enjoying it. I'll keep tuning in.

I just discovered chocolate crack.

Take a box of fudge brownie mix. Use butter instead of oil.

Sprinkle the baking dish with slivered almonds. Layer on the brownie mix. Spread a can of dark chocolate cake frosting over it as evenly as you can. Sprinkle on more almonds. Bake it.

Oh my dear and fluffy lord.

It's topographically challenged and oozes like a chocolate volcano with crusty chocolate lava stuff on the top.

MUST SAVE SOME FOR THE FAMILY!

I cut the brownies into smallish pieces and sent it to the dojo with boychild today. Mwahahaha! Small people hyped up on messy stuff!

I made heart shaped blueberry buttermilk pancakes for breakfast. Boychild had them with plain yogurt and buckwheat honey and declared them the BEST PANCAKES EVER.

Now I'm baking a blueberry pie.

Next: something chocolate. Then I figure out what I'm doing for dinner and if it includes bacon or not.

ok brownie death...I almost drown in my own mouth watering

oooh bacon in with dinner. You could do chicken carbonara unless you feel the cream is over rich. I have soaked the white beans and am doing the pasta, fire roasted tomatos, garlic, white beans, and sausage casserole for dinner...
though if you have any zuchinni ( I think I spelled that wrong, but I am too lazy to check) .. First chop 1/3 an onion and and about 4 slices bacon saute until onion clear then throw in sliced zuchinni and salt and pepper and saute until zuchinni is brown on edges. Throw in chopped tomatos and bingo...YUMMY

Oh, I love Being Human! I hope they do more after this miniseries (only 3 left now!) and I'm also hoping it'll make it onto mainstream BBC next time.
I think my favourite character is Mitchell so far, but Annie intrigues me ...

&& all this talk of yummy food and chocolate is making me hungry!
I must resist tho ... was at a sleepover last night, thus have eaten enough sugar to last the rest of the month now.

--- O.o ---

This is not my signature, I have to write this every time I post.

Smile && Nod, it makes it seem like you know what's going on.
