Heh, that's funny because America is probably the biggest terrorist threat to the rest of the World, including Britain. But really, I'd have thought the CIA should put the CIA as the #1 terrorist threat to the USA. After all, it was the CIA who created, funded and trained Al Qaeda in the first place...
