What flick do you watch just to get a major kick, or even a laugh or two? Not great movies necessarily, but FUN?
My go-to flicks are Army Of Darkness, The Mummy Returns, Who Am I?, Diamonds Are Forever, and Big Trouble In Little China.

My fun movie is The Replacements. I'm a big Keanu fan and that's just one of his fluffier ones. But it's a riot!

I used to watch B movies, and creature features. Popcorn worthy. Sometimes really bad sci-fi or historical drama. Day after Tomorrow, nice weather porn, and I just watched sophia coppola's marie antoinette. very lacking, but fun.
Another movie to remake: Alien from LA. There was a decent b-movie premise terribly executed. Hard to replace a young Kathy Ireland for looks, easy to replace her for talent :) I'm willing to stick Emma Watson in there. Or anywhere.

Big Trouble is always in there too. As is TRON, My Science Project, and Raiders of the Lost Ark.
