At the risk of politicising this thread, why are just the guys getting harems and groupies?
Sheesh.
Polyandry isn't completely unheard of, even here on the-earth-that-was.
And on sweltering hot summer days, there's nothing better than a group of firm young men wafting one gently with a palm frond to create a breeze.
And the peeled grapes, of course, are a nice touch ... although I think I'd prefer peeled lichi fruit on ice.
