I'm going to by some goggles and put them on and never take them off. You people and your eyeball snatching is becoming a dangerous trend. I like my (albet fuzzy) eyesight! :tounge:

Groupie (n.) Slang. 1) A fan, especially a young woman, who follows a rock group around on tours. 2) An enthusiastic supporter or follower: a ballet groupie; a fashion groupie.

This according to "dictionary.com" so you can't refute it... though I only looked, because *I* had the impression that a groupie was defined as 'one who follows rock stars around, hangs around outside their trailer so as to have the sex with them.'

For the record, though, I'm comfortable with either definition.

Do something rockstar-worthy, so I can hold up my lighter.

My dears, I feel you are all missing the point. Leave the groupies for the guys. You don't want groupies, you want something FAR more useful, and less likely to wander off and devote themselves to other leaders.

You want minions.

I'm having to agree with Delia here. Groupies are a dime a dozen but a good minion .... now that's a prize.

Alright, I'm really confused by this whole thread.

I always thought that a groupie was someone that followed bands around too. I guess a groupie can almost be anything.

Oh, and play Cantr II at www.cantr.net.
