I'm glad I'm not dead, too. It puts a crimp in your social schedule. ; )
I'm not sure I'd say that the change in the schedule, or even the place I'm working, makes me happy right now.. but I'm hoping that not being there M-F will make me more likely to return to whistling on the way in to work. It's been a while since I did that.

back in Leicester today, feeling like death, cold getting better but shattered, I guess what happens when you're fueled by pharmaceuticals for four day, currently mainlining Lucozade but not sure is helping.
I too, for the record, am glad you're not dead SR.
Whistle on the way to work, hmmh, I once felt that... no, never. Warm glowie not really a result of IT work, was pretty happy that nothing went wrong with my project for server swap and so have a new way of replacing file servers that's much easier but not exactly joyful happiness... nearest I can manage is that I support/supported a teacher through her training/job with my horrid corporate existence.
Off to bugger about a but with memory in a Mac, that might cheers me up.
