Name the best TWO Bond films!

Yeah, master of list-threads, that's me.
So if you can boil it down, which are the best two, preferably with different actors playing Bond just to mix it up. Or not, as you wish.
For me, It's DEFINITELY Goldfinger, and Tomorrow Never Dies. The absolute best of Sean & Pierce.

For me, and I'm ready for the flak, but I read the Ian Fleming books before I saw most of the movies, so I'm going with "Thunderball" with Sean Connery, and "Casino Royale" with Daniel Craig.
I'm uncertain, but I think these two really kind of capture the Bond from the books. "Goldeneye" with Pierce and "License to Kill" with Timothy Dalton were both excellent, I thought, with Timthy really chanelling the dark side of Bond. I mean, what's the body count in that movie? And the people he kills, he really offs in a horrible fashion.
You'll notice no Roger Moore made the list. I'll stand by that.

Ok I'm no expert with the Bond films so I'll apologise in advance for my favourite Bond being "License to Kill" and 2nd "On Her Majesty's Secret Service"
License had an edge to it and Magesty's had the best score.

I really like the Daniel Craig films so far, they've truly impressed me. I'm not sure which two I'd pick if I had to, but it would be any two of these:

From Russia With Love
Goldfinger
Roger Moore -
For Your Eyes Only
Timothy Dalton -
The Living Daylights
Pierce Brosnan -
Tomorrow Never Dies
Goldeneye
Daniel Craig -
Casino Royale
Quantum of Solace
These are in order of more favourite to less under the actors, and the actors are in chronological order, so no significance there. The only ones I'm not sure about the order of are Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace; they were such different movies but both truly impressed me as films.

I am picking the last two,
Casino Royale and Quantum
Daniel Craig is excellent, but what gives them the edge for me is the writing, back story, character development, etc is well beyond the shallower Bond in previous movies.
I could see any of the previous Bonds being better with such storytelling, but Daniel Craigs' blunt instrument would be harder to picture from some of the more " cultured " actors
added Craigs almost constant sneer, replaced by a quick grin when he pulls something off is also great..
Like in Casino Royale when the cops at the airport beat him, shackle him and start to drag him off, and the bomber sets off the charge which Craig relocated to the bombers own belt.......

Thunderball.
Quantum of Solace.
It may very well be too early to include QoS after seeing it, but it seemed to have much more story than I expected. I watch most movies in Cinema, so perhaps I've just been lowering my expectations so much with most releases lately. Casino Royale had a bit of story as well. Many of the Roger Moore items just seemed...too glossy - apparently he objected to violence from a man Licensed to Kill.

"Goldfinger" is second best. Bestest is "The Spy Who Loved Me." Even though Connery is far the superior Bond SWLM got everything else spot on right: strong female lead, rich megalomaniac, outrageous gadgets, and very well paced action set pieces.
