morning all,

hope you all had good weekends, mine was pretty quiet except for freaking myself out on Sunday. Went for a run all determined Sunday morning and it was v cold and windy, got to the top of the first hill and could not get my breathe back, ended up walking home still feeling terrible and had to sit with my head over a bowl of hot water to open up the airways again. As a consequence of my run it seems that a cough I didn't know I had developed. Oh joy!

Of course I also got a support call this morning even though my support shift ended at midnight last night but made them wait until I'd finished my last sets with teh weights until I unlocked their user.

Oh yes, and I'm sorry to any Detroit fans, I am sympathetic to your plight as a Bengals fan but you're not winning a game this season but look at it this way, at least if you go winless you will be historically awful and not just mediocre.

I suppose I'd better get one now, catch you all when you wake up.

Morning Gee!

Might want to check with your Doc and see about asthma. Might have developed a mild case or maybe just because of lack of exercise you need a little boost. My Doc gave me an inhaler to use when I exercise because of the same kinda thing would happen when I first started up jogging.

Woke up to about an inch of snow this AM. Could be worse I guess.... about an hour NE of here they got 9 inches last night! Holy !

At least it is suposed to be in the mid to upper 40s today and tomorrow so the Shit is not staying long!

Hey Kel,

I'll take it easy tonight and see how I go, was a bad combination of things yesterday I think as the other half was struggling with her asthma just in the house. Leicester is pretty bad for polution, never had a problem before, I'm sure I just over did it with a cough in bad weather.

Today is flying by and for once, I'm being relatively productive on thing I want to do although sadly my to do list keeps getting longer as for everything I knock off it, two more seem to get added

Ah well, back to the grind I guess.

At least we haven't had any of the cold flakes of evil or whatever phrase we are using to replace the s word in defference to HK sensibilities, or her ability to disembowel with a glance, I'm not sure which.
