Rest assured that many will go to prison. The FBI and Justice Dept. are looking into hundreds of companies for all types of fraud. Like the business scandals of the early 2000's, many, such as execs at Enron, Comcast, etc. will be found guilty and sentenced, and unfortunately many will go scott free too. One thing for sure...no politician will go to prison, and in my opinion they're more culpable in many cases.

Wow, you must think Pelosi's an awfully powerful woman - more powerful than your President, who called upon his own party to support this plan. Also, she must also be more powerful than John McCain, who had promised to get something done on this, and even had Mitt Romney going around to the morning shows spouting off about how "if you want something done, you call John McCain and it gets done." Of course, that was when it looked like the bailout WOULD pass, so McCain looks even more like a failure as a leader now. Guess you can blame Pelosi for his inability to lead. Gee, he can't even outfox a little old housewife - how's he ever going to stand up to a REAL leader?
