I watched Chuck on amazon.com's Video on Demand (for free) last week so that I wouldn't have to worry about this. I do have a dvr (not Tivo, just a generic one provided by my cable company) and I will be recording both shows for repeat viewings, but I'll be watching TSCC live.

Hey, I forgot to mention that NBC will be repeating Chuck this Saturday at 9pm Eastern/Pacific.
