i just watched all the episodes of firefly and the movie serenity. I am now watching the documentary about it all. I can't beleive they cancelled such a badass show.... i want more dammnit, i don't know where I was or what i was doing when firefly was on TV, but i didn't even know about it, fox must have really screwed up....

Welcome Thrasher! Yeah, F*X kind of missed the whole badassedness perspective of the show completely.
Keep the faith and spread the word (loaning out dvds if you have any spares is a great way) - there are tens of thousands that would feel like you if only they knew about the show!

Hi Thrasher.
Not only did fox not "get it", but I think they also missed the "potential" of where this style of Sci-Fi could go. It was an excellent breading ground for great story telling, perfect casting and it left you wanting more. And no aliens to deal with
You could really feel you were part of the drama.
It was a real shame then and it even holds true today....
