i had a headache yesterday. Well, i still have one, but I also have one of my mums superstrong painkillers swimming about my system so I don't care much!
yes, i know its wrong to take other people prescription medication. Its not something I make a habit of, i'm just tired of these infernal constant headaches!
I have laundry to do and a house to tidy and all sorts of stuff to do and cause i'm nuts I'm going to attempt to make tiffin too - wish me luck!

Is that some sort of euphemism? It sounds like some sort of euphemism.

uh, no, sadly, not a euphemism - i mean literally to make Tiffin. Its a nummy cake type thing with raisins and crushed digestive biscuits in a chocolaty mix. Its very nice - try it, very simple. 4oz butter (don't use margerine yeurgh) 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of golden syrup, 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder, handful of raisins and 8 oz digestive bicuits. melt the butter, sugar, syrup and cocoa powder in a pan over a low flame, add the raisins and the broken up digestive biscuits (the secret is to have lumps of the right size - about the size of your thumb nail)put into a flat cake pan. Melt 8oz of cooking chocolate and spread out over the top of the mix, refridgerate but before you eat it let it warm just a little. Cut into slices.
then make yourself a cup of tea, call 911 for an ambulance, sit back and enjoy!
theres also a varient where you can use rice krispies to make a kind of soft crisy cake - not tried it with corn flakes, interesting...
I've just realised though that you probably can't buy digestive biscuits, lyle's golden syrup, rice krispies or kellogs cornflakes in the states. um, you'll have to come to england.

Rice Krispies and Kellog's Cornflakes are both one hundred percent A - meri - can. (Plant in Battle Creek Michigan) Plus I live in a pretty honkin' big city full of immigrants from European shores so I know I can find the other things what you mention. Digestive biscuits I know are in the supermarket just down Harlem avenue and I'll bet I can find the syrup stuff without looking very hard too. But yes I really ought to go to England at some point.

Considering the checked bag fees it might be less expensive to buy you a ticket.
