hi all,
I only just found this site as well. I found serenity, become obsessed just the same as I have with anything that Joss has done. When I found out that it was based on a TV series, I was a goner. I am not a sci-fi fan by nature but there is something about firefly and Serenity that means something to me....... I'm not sure what that is yet but I am comepletely in love. The characters, the stories, everything is just......fan-damn-tastic!!!!!!

Welcome indeed, always good to see new folk lightin up the verse.
I second Chrisisall's warning though, and suggest as well armor plating 
"it's shiny. I like to meet new people. They've all got stories..."
