Will there be dancing at this ball? You can’t call it a “ball” if you don’t dance, because technically a “ball” is a formal dance, as in ballroom dancing – Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep and Viennese Waltz. Although cotillion type dances, like in Shindig, are also acceptable, though gay, they may be.

Nothing is more unpredictable than the mob, nothing more obscure than public opinion, nothing more deceptive than the whole political system.

Hi,
Yes, there will be dancing. This event is based (somewhat) off the episode 'Shindig' from Firefly. You can check out our schedule, as well:
9:00PM - 2:00AM
Ball
Not sure who your favorite Bard band is? Well, don't worry. We'll dance with The Bedlam Bards and the Brobdingnagian Bards, as well as a String Quartet. So wear your dancing shoes and don't be shy; we're dancing all night long!

Hope to see you there - with your waltzing shoes on. :)
