Well, in most of cases it pisses a lot of cunts off.

It increases public awareness.

It causes trouble (lock ons, trespassing, general disruption, etc.)

So to sum up: yes, Britain does suck. But people are doing something about it. And the people who aren't doing anything? Don't want to, because they think it's all fine and dandy because they read the fucking Daily Mail.
