Being interviewed on the Jim Lear News hour, James Earl Carter, our 39th President (and worst) refered to B.O. (who'll never be President) as "this black boy"....... HUH! Is it old age, or just losing his mind!? I bet for many of you this is the first you're hearing of this, why? If G.H.W. Bush had said something this stupid, I bet everyone would have heard about it, YA THINK!?

For the record, Carter was referring to when Obama was a boy, and Obama clearly was, and still is, black. "Black boy" would be an accurate and not racially denigrating term for Obama in his youth.

It's absolutely no slur in the full context of the sentence. Trying to make something out of it is stupid and deceitful. Trying to say that any Republican saying it would have been dis-embowled over it is argueably legitimate.

It seems that you needed to quote Carter out of context to make him say something denigrating about Obama. Meanwhile, you denigrated Carter in-context by calling him an old fart.
