These were two different days. (I'm bored a lot)
Both shirts are new. The blue one is actually a batman shirt. Its pretty awesome. I'll probably get a picture where you can see the whole shirt sometime.

Tot - thank you so much, you are such a sweetheart! I am really enjoying getting to know you here in the photo thread... I used to hang out in Chatzy all the time, but alas, I rarely have the time for it now... I should try again some time...
In the meanwhile, today's self portrait...
This is me watching Razor which I bought myself for my birthday! I am so loving BSG...

And this is my foot... also watching Razor!
And for another daily group - this is Tonbridge near where I live, 
and the main bridge with flowers and written tributes on it as a teenager jumped into the river on Saturday night and never came up again... they found his body the next day between the bridge and the lock. It was a really sad end to a promising life... 
And on a brighter note, this is me in front of Westminster Abbey - I look like I am about to jump over it or push it down with my super power, but I thought Mobex might like to see it!

and here's me today...miserable. I just got all four of my wisdom teeth out yesterday :( now i'm all swollen up. don't think i look horrible but i sure feel it.

Oh Engie! You're breaking my heart! Although the first photo is one of my favourite pics of you, I think you look adorably sad in the second one... How can you be in so much pain and discomfort and still look so gorgeous!? I love and adore you, and I cannot wait to hug you properly in a couple of weeks! Thank you for posting Honey!

I think I probably did a self portrait a day for a year, actually... Don't think I could do it again.
Poor Engie mei mei! I made sure I wouldn't be working for a few days after getting those teeth out. It helped that my job at the time was mostly about talking and I couldn't do that so well; kept the bosses from being too irritated with me.
Here's what I have:

Engie!!! Mei Mei!!! You are absolutely not to go to work - that's my order! You have had a seriously traumatic minor surgery... or not so minor if you had a general as my boss did a couple of weeks ago! She said it took her a full two weeks to feel ready to work again!
Please take care, and you don't look like a chipmunk (except in the way that chipmunks are cute and adorable - coz you are totally like that!) ...and listen to Mei Mei Rose!

Mei Mei! It's so good to see you here! I am sad that you're photos are still melancholy, but I am glad you're here at all! I am finding it a challenge to do this self-portrait thing already, and it's only day 6, but I used up so many good ideas here already! I could re-hash some I guess!

Here's todays, although I haven't been struggling with my depression for a very long time, I thought I'd do a mosaic about having this in my life - an aspect of me... if that makes sense...
And here's the newsflash! Hot off the press! As I was preparing to post the above photo and head to bed, Maddie came down and said, "do you want to see the kittens?" Our little cat, Poppy, just gave birth to 6 healthy kittens! We're so proud of her and so excited! They were born in a drawer under Maddies bed, and she is so thrilled that Poppy chose her room to have her kittens in! These photos are about half an hour after the last one was born!
Very exciting! 
Alls well and she is a relaxed and terrific mother - although she's barely more than a kitten herself! The kittens are gorgeous! So tiny, but so perfectly minature! Their eyes are closed of course! Oh it's going to be busy here on Pear Tree Farm... like it wasn't already!
