I am one of those lurker types that about whom y'all were speaking earlier. My voting average has fallen off in the past couple of months, from 14 to 10 (I have started leaving work before eleven -- those 15 hour days were starting to wear on me, and I am not paid by the hour anyway). I stop by this thread about once a day, just to check the stats, and read up on what all you lovely folk are up to, but I very seldom post.

I have marked the office calendar for August 6. I will have to remember to bring something to eat that day, as it appears that I will need to stay late.

Sadly, I will be on a cruise when we vumpers pull off the impossible so I'll miss the shindig but I'll be there in spirit and if I can get on-line without selling my first born (if I had a first born), then I'll be sending a few votes from the ship.

I think I'll start trying to vump at more regular intervals than just once in the morning (if I remember), just because it's nice talking to ya'll, and alot nicer to read a post or two at a time instead of a million
