Mornin' stats VOMP!

The missus and I put in 22 total votes on our IP, yesterday, including Dark Shadows, BSG, Bonanza, Ponderosa, Jericho, and all our other friends with whom we share our success. We're on a sprint for the finish, Browncoats! Let's make sure the whole team gets across the finish line!

Many thanks to those Big Damn Heroes who are adding votes for Ponderosa and Bonanza! Bonanza, in particular, was fallin' short of the totals they were gonna need to reach their goal of 500k; now, they stand to make their goal, with our help (which our new westerns friends are graciously returning). It's the neighborly thing to do, and all it costs is an additional click or two when you vote. It'll give us a little something extra to share in celebrating when the Poll ends. Xie-xie!

Approximately 3 weeks remain to vote, and Firefly is now 3 days AHEAD of schedule!

Our ultimate goal, 750,000, is 23,998 (25,360) votes, and 17.62 (20.18) days away! We need to maintain a daily average of 1,143 (1,153) votes for the balance of the Poll to stay on track. At this point, every vote we fail to cast is lost forever; we won't always have "tomorrow" to make it up!

Let's keep up the hard burn, show everyone our Browncoat Fan Power, and clinch our final milestone!

Yesterday, Browncoats voted 1,362 (1,257) times, 105 more than the previous day. Shiny! We're within 3 weeks of the end of the Poll, and with the help of all our friends (now including the Bonanzais and Jericho Rangers), we need to keep the daily votes up!

We got our next banner, for 725,000 votes, today! Shiny as fresh apples and a clean knife!

7,991,988 (7,973,880) Top 40 votes have been counted as of 07/25/08. Yesterday, 18,108 (17,899) votes were cast.

In other TV Vote news (shows whose voters also support Firefly and the Whedonverse, so, let's return the favor, shiny? We accomplish more together than we would separately!)...

#5 show Battlestar Galactica got 535 (549) votes, and, is currently receiving enough votes to overtake #4 show, Gunsmoke, which got 497 (473) votes, yesterday, in 297.45 (149.22) days.

The Colonials need urgent help, if they are to advance again before the Poll ends! Please lend 'em a hand!

#6 show Buffy the Vampire Slayer got 723 (700) votes, yesterday, not receiving enough votes to pass BSG by the end of the Poll. Buffy's numbers are still sufficient to hold off #7 show Farscape.

#9 show Angel got 703 (661) votes, yesterday, not receiving enough votes to pass Jericho by the end of the Poll. Angel's numbers are still sufficient to hold off #10 show The X-Files. Angel is 24.8 (27.44) days from the Hall of Fame, about 4 (6) days behind. In order to enter the HoF before the Poll ends, Angel needs a daily average of at least 831 (825) votes.

#13 show Babylon 5 got 449 (420) votes, yesterday, not receiving enough votes to pass Little House on the Prairie by the end of the Poll. B5's numbers are still sufficient to hold off #14 show La Femme Nikita.
