Mornin' stats VOMP!

Firefly is still AHEAD of schedule!

Based on RL's announcement that he will end the Polls when the combined total votes between the Top 40 and the Nominations reaches 10 million (but no later than January 2, 2009), 39.45 (41.42) days remain to vote, based on current rates of voting (as with everything else in this Poll, this time will fluctuate).

Our ultimate goal, 750,000 votes, is 43,326 (44,528) votes, and 36.04 (36.77) days away! We're on-target, and need to maintain a daily average of 1,084 (1,060) votes to stay on track!

We've been the #1 show in the Poll since August 17th, 2007, when we passed Xena! We had tremendous numbers, in those days, with daily totals in the 1,500s and up. Let's keep up the hard burn, show everyone our Browncoat Fan Power, maintain our records, and clinch this final milestone!

Yesterday, Xenites voted 489 (516) times, 27 fewer more than the previous day.

Firefly is 167,475 (166,762) votes ahead of Xena, more than the vote total of #17 show Laramie 165,758. That puts us at 7,525 (8,238) votes away from a 175,000 vote lead, about 10.55 (11.85) days, based on current voting.

We'll get our next banner, for 710,000 votes, in another 3,326 (4,528) votes, and 2.77 (3.74) days!

7,746,928 (7,732,172) Top 40 votes have been counted as of 07/09/08. Yesterday, 14,756 (14,362) votes were cast. Our share of the voting pie remains at 9%.

#5 show Battlestar Galactica got 590 (542) votes, and, is currently receiving enough votes to overtake #4 show, Gunsmoke, which got 456 (426) votes, yesterday, in 98.4 (114.82) days.

#6 show Buffy the Vampire Slayer got 652 (669) votes, yesterday, not receiving enough votes to pass BSG by the end of the Poll. Buffy's numbers are still sufficient to hold off #7 show Farscape.
