Morn' all! FT good luck with the tile, I helped my Father do it once, well I watched and I was the 'gopher',...'go get me more tea, go get me another sponge'..etc. Learned alot, if I need tile done get my brother to do it.

Firefly is still AHEAD of schedule!

Based on RL's announcement that he will end the Polls when the combined total votes between the Top 40 and the Nominations reaches 10 million (but no later than January 2, 2009), 41.42 (46.12) days remain to vote, based on current rates of voting (as with everything else in this Poll, this time will fluctuate).

Our ultimate goal, 750,000 votes, is 44,528 (45,739) votes, and 36.77 (42.55) days away! We're on-target, and need to maintain a daily average of 1,060 (974) votes to stay on track!

Firefly has had the top daily score every day since Sunday, April 29, 2007, when Xena beat us by 160 votes, something no other show has accomplished EVER SINCE!

It is worth noting that on Saturday, July 6, Firefly got 976 votes, while Nominee Moonlight got 968, a difference of only 8 votes. Especially in light of the fact that Nominee shows which enter the Top 40 invariably get a boost in daily votes, we need to work hard to keep our daily totals ahead of the hard-charging Moonlight voters, even if they are our friends! Let's use this as an incentive to vote harder for Firefly!

We've been the #1 show in the Poll since August 17th, 2007, when we passed Xena! We had tremendous numbers, in those days, with daily totals in the 1,500s and up. Let's keep up the hard burn, show everyone our Browncoat Fan Power, maintain our records, and clinch this final milestone!

Yesterday, Xenites voted 516 (438) times, 78 more than the previous day.

(Xenites voted 695 (637) times fewer than Browncoats, yesterday.)

Firefly is 166,762 (166,067) votes ahead of Xena, more than the vote total of #17 show Laramie 165,473. That puts us at 8,238 (8,933) votes away from a 175,000 vote lead, about 11.85 (14.02) days, based on current voting.

We got our next banner, for 705,000 votes, today! Shiny as a sack o' cashy money at the end of a job!

7,732,172 (7,717,810) Top 40 votes have been counted as of 07/08/08. Yesterday, 14,362 (13,170) votes were cast. Our share of the voting pie remains at 9%.

In other TV Vote news (shows whose voters also support Firefly and the Whedonverse, so, let's return the favor, shiny? We accomplish more together than we would separately! Let's continue to support our friends! Browncoats never leave a friend behind!):

#5 show Battlestar Galactica got 542 (538) votes, and, is currently receiving enough votes to overtake #4 show, Gunsmoke, which got 426 (377) votes, yesterday, in 114.82 (83.45) days.
