I thought that it was your toe that was all purple and gangrenous! What have you done to your heel?
I'm afraid my heels are very oppressive. If I take my boots off I can oppress a whole room full of people!

lol, my left big toe is a pretty red swollen colour.
my right heel bruised because I might of got carried away at band practise last night as it is the first time in about four weeks that we've all five of us have been in the same room at the same time.
