They can both work with cheesy lines and make them believable ("I aim to misbehave.", "Hail to the King, baby.")
They're both really good peeps in real life.
They're both totally under-used and deserve far more glory than they get.
They're both good with their boom-sticks.
My hope is that these two greats get to work with each other some day.

Oh totally...that could be incredible. The laughter, the practical jokes, the inappropriate use of fart cups

Best idea since Coffe and doughnuts, Pizza and beer, WD-40 and a lighter...

The universe cannot handle that much awesomeness.
They could even take Chuck.

At least they both have current shows- Bruce is lighting up Burn Notice...any new word on Nathan's new series?

Nah, what you want is a new ship in the 'verse, the Autolycus, with Captain Ash at the helm.
(Chuck is the poor dumb schmo in the convenience store the day the BDM's decide to tool up and go shopping. And River decides she needs a new toy to play with.)

Castle is Nate's new show, but there's not much I'm finding on it...

I conjure this scene between the two in a cop show:
I say we go in there and bust them, politely.
Whattaya talkin' about? We go in there blazing!
Best not kill who we don't have to...
Yer acting like a bitchy little girl...
You're talkin' about being bad guys...
Good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun.

When I saw the "vs" in the title, I immediately had flashbacks to the Xander/Harmony slapfight.

Both together. On screen. At the same time. In the same show.
This would cause one of those paradox things that Doc Brown was always talking about. As PDCharles said "the universe couldn't handle it".
But seriously it would be so much fun, especially if Joss or a Joss-a-lite (see below) wrote it. TV or movie heaven. I would look forward to this more than DeNiro and Pacino getting together, and I'm REALLY looking forward to those two greats in Righteous Kill.
Seeing as both actors are the approachable type maybe we should get word out there two them and see what happens. Strangerer things have happened.
Joss-a-lite:
(noun) Someone who attains to achieve the level of Joss Whedon's writing but can never do so, although though they may still be great writers.
"I don't believe in suicide, but if you'd like to try it it might cheer me up to watch."
