I think I saw Morena on laundry detergent commercial, where her roommate had borrowed her dress but she couldn't tell because the detergent worked so well. Anyone see that?
actually it's an ad for Secret.
If you Google the actor's name you can practically get their résumé!!! Or check their names on http://www.imdb.com/ Sometimes it has stuff

Some may have thought 'Wrong Ryan' a bit of a weak character, but rewatch the scene (if you don't have "Saving Private Ryan" on DVD to watch every Memorial Day, shame on you). None of the other men exhibit anything but understanding in their reactions. Anybody who has served in our country's military knows and understands that the most horrific part of being a soldier isn't the prospect of getting shot, it is being separated from your loved ones. It's something unexpected, and damn near universal; nobody other than Spielberg ever made a point of putting it in a war flick twice. Remember Hanks' character says he's willing to follow any order -- no matter how pointless it may seem -- if it earns him the right to get home to his wife.
So -- definitely -- rewatch Fillion's portrayal of 'Wrong Ryan' and pay attention. Nathan's delivery is so real as to be uncanny and unnerving.
Respectfully,

Yes, I remember the part well ... I'm always on the lookout for actors who 'made it big' but come from my hometown -- Fillion is one of them.
I think I've either caught him onscreen in most roles he's had, or at least heard of the roles. It's the other actors I'm less familiar with. (Excepting the marvellous Ron Glass, who was great in 'Barney Millar' and was great to see again in Firefly!)

... but no, I don't have a copy of SPR. 1) I don't think it's one of the all-time great war films (although I agree with your point about the movie portraying separation from home and family *extremely* well). 2) We don't celebrate Memorial Day in Canada.

Jewel was on "Space Cases" On Nickelodeon way back in the day. Anyone remember that one? She had rainbow hair.

Well, I knew it had something to do with not having smelly clothes. Thanks!

He was in the ep 21 of the first season. "Spring Break." He played a guy who had sex with the corpse of a young woman. He didn't know she was dead. He thought she was drunk and had passed out. What an upstanding guy.

I remember it well. She played Catalina the girl from Saturn. Jewel also did two episodes of another show on Nickelodeon called "Are You Afraid of the Dark?"

Mindy Clarke was also in CSI (Vegas series), she played the head mistress / owner of a bondage club. One of her employees got killed and Grissom was trying to figure out who did it, of course, and he got to talking with 'Lady Heather' quite a bit. Turned out she could read him like an open book. But since CSI isn't into the private live of the main characters a lot, I'll guess we won't see her again... Shame.
That's where I knew her from.
Edit: We're just got third season of CSI here, aparently she'll appear again later in the season.

Oh, and Adam Baldwin also did an episode of CSI: Miami. The 15th ep of the first season. "Dead Woman Walking."
I'm slightly obsessed with CSI:M so forgive my need to include ep # and title.

Oh my! OK ... I remember that episode. No kidding ... he was gross. I didn't recognise him. If it comes back as a re-run, I'll keep my eyes open for him.

I saw that one!!!
I loved her character ... for some reason, it didn't twig who she was. Obviously, my Firefly radar hasn't hit CSI ... yet.
I thought Gil and Lady Heather made the perfect odd couple ... he's so restrained, and she's so ... well, restraining.
