Well, my friend isn't a "traditional" vampire, she's just uncomfortable in the sun. Of course, she's really old... but she says new vamps only need alot of sunscreen, otherwise they get burned...

long weekend and my body now officially hates me, up @ 3:20, 4:00 and 4:30; finally gave up at 5 and watched the basketball I recorded.

not feeling too bad at the mo but it is bound to catch up with me and I have a ton of work.

Sorry to hear about the bee incident FLT. If you've tried the Bicarbonate of Soda approach with no luck I'd suggest just keeping it on ice to numb the pain. You mention in the other thread that you weren't sure if it was a bee or a yellow-jacket (apparently US name for a wasp! I didn't know that - good old wikipedia)

If it was a wasp sting then you need to soak it in vinegar as the poison is an alkali.
Hope that helps and that the swelling goes down soon.

Thank's for the concern Gee, I'll be okay, just not good at mornings. I have downloaded James Masters reading The Dresden Files so that's something to stay awake for!

'Tis good strawberry weather. I had some with chocolate brownies yesterday and nearly died from pleasure!
