Buffy is getting closer to the lead, at less than half a day behind, but time is running out, with about two days to go, and she really needs a push in the next few days, especially this weekend, to win the race to the Hall of Fame! The Slayer can't do it without YOU! Please back Buffy for the win!

Based on RL's announcement that he will end the Polls when the combined total votes between the Top 40 and the Nominations reaches 10 million (but no later than January 2, 2009), 79.17 (83.95) days remain to vote, based on current rates of voting (as with everything else in this Poll, this time will fluctuate). If we can average 1,000 Firefly votes/day, we can reach 750,000, three-quarters of a million votes! Let's shoot for that as a meaningful goal, and keep the daily average up!

#5 show Battlestar Galactica got 501 (451) votes, and, is currently receiving enough votes to overtake #4 show, Gunsmoke, which got 336 (323) votes, yesterday, in 114.95 (149.46) days.

#7 show Buffy the Vampire Slayer got 641 (555) votes, yesterday. Currently, Buffy is receiving enough votes to pass #6 show Farscape, which received 316 (321) votes, yesterday, in 2.71 (5.16) days. Buffy is also in pursuit of the 6th Hall of Fame slot, and, is 1,460 (2,101) votes, and 2.28 (3.79) days, away, while Farscape is 1.83 (2.79) days from getting there.

Just a few days remain in the Hall of Fame race, but Buffy is still behind by less than half a day! Great work, so far, in closing the gap! Let's boost the vote to get her out in front!
