Why, oh why, oh why can there be a Serenity screening in Rhode Island and we can't get anyone to show it down here in the Carolinas??!!!
I guess all the truly shiny theaters are waaaaay north of here.

Yep, I started the one in Charlotte. I'm going to that one.
Still, I would sincerely LOVE for some local theater to take it upon themselves to show our Big Damn Movie just because they can.
It would warm my heart to see Browncoats turn out in droves to fill the theater for each showing.
We do that every June here but only because we pay some theater to play it. And I'm usually running around like my hair's on fire and don't get to enjoy the moment. This year should be slightly less "running & fire" and more sitting & chatting. (I hope)
Just seems like there are theaters in other parts of the country who understand the enthusiasm Browncoats have for their movie. Here in NC we are constantly dealing with skepticism and condescension. It gets a little tiresome.
No matter, we make our own fun.
