I live in Utah. The closest one is in the middle of Colorado. So me going there right now is not going to happen.

I don't know how strict Utah laws are concerning under-age people in bars, but as far as I know it shouldn't be a problem. I mean they do serve food in most bars/pubs/breweries/etc. too.

It shouldn't be a problem. I don't drink, but I have been in a few bars, mostly to see my brother play in his band. I even went when I was in my teens. I've never been turned away from simply entering the place. Some places check ID at the door, so you might get a hand stamp, colored bracelet, or something to indicate you're under 21.
