My fave would have to be when Simon drugs Jayne but doesn't kick in till there on thr bridge.He start saying funny stuff the passes out.the Wash says "Did he just go crazy & pass out?" lmao

Not that I'm a violently inclined person, but the scene at the end of Ariel where Mal savagely hits Jayne with the wrench, and puts him in the airlock...It's an intense scene and gives us a clear idea of what Mal will do when you mess with his family...even if you are a member of that family. I seriously believed that was going to be Jayne's final moment. It's also the scene that shows us who's boss, and why....if only we'd had more chances to see the darker side of the captain.

Pretty much any scene between Zoe and Walsh, especially the fight on the bridge in WS and the baby discussion in HoG. I really like their relationship. In most shows, the possible (Inara and Mal) or the burgeoning (Simon and Kaylee) relationships are the relationships that get most of the attention. It is the established relationships and how they are handled that interest me. Firefly did really well with the small moments. Small looks and touches that show a real commitment between the couple.
Also, it may show the sick side of me, but the torture scene in WS and the discussion of what will happen to Mal if he is left with Niska and the showing of Wash's strength.

Oh wow...so many...
Jayne always had me in stitches..but I think my favorite scene would have to be between Inara and Mal in Heart of Gold..the final scene where Inara informs him she's leaving the ship. There is a moment where you just know something special is going to happen, and when it doesn't you can feel Mal's heart drop..I know mine did. I was enveloped into that scene, a fly on the wall of impeding heartbreak. I couldn't help but scream at the tv "KISS HER DAMN IT!" perched on the edge of my seat, breath caught in my throat..not able to release it until a good few moments after fading to black..
God I miss that show...

My all time favorite scene. Well the whole episode of "The Message" is my favorite of them all. But my favorite scene would have to be the last one of that episode, when its snowing and there at the funeral. It was just crazy good. Then when I listen to the commentary on that episode and realized why they did such a good job with showing loss.
You find out that that episode is when they find out they are getting canceled. That just made me love the episode even more because you can see that all the actors are truly upset that their getting canceled and how much they love the show.
Just looking at there faces. They aren’t even talking since its just the message playing one last time. Im not one to get like all emotional over TV and what not but even before I knew that the show was canceled I was blown away at how powerful that episode was.

The look of anguish on Book's face and the break in his voice when he confesses to Inara "I think I'm on the wrong ship." I want to reach out for him and comfort him just as Inara does.
Jayne so engrossed in ogling the Councilor and Inara that he forgets to spot Book, and Book's feet coming off the ground as he struggles with the weight.
When Simon and Kaylee are sitting together on the couch so comfortably, his hand on her legs, and Kaylee touches his jaw with her toes.
Kaylee holding Book's hand in the infirmary: "He did this for me once."

Wow difficult question
The Hero of Canton song is a good one, the bit where wash says "we've gotta go to the crappy town where im a hero" cracks me up every time.
The bar fight from the train job where mal, jayne and zoe are at the edge of the cliff and serenity flys up from behind them.
In heart of gold where mal has everyone in the cargo bay telling them about the job but jayne is reluctant to go
jayne "dont know these folk dont much care to"
mal "they're whores"
jayne "im in"
Love that scene
Also from heart of gold inside the house kaylee and wash are talking
kaylee "everyones got someone, wash tell me im pretty"
wash "if i were unwed i would take you in a manly fashion"
kaylee "'cause im pretty"
wash"'cause you're pretty"
war stories where everyones waiting to see inaras client and it turns out to be a woman and jayne utters those famous words "i'll be in my bunk"
The list could go on and on in fact my favourite scenes are every single one of them from start to finish
