(Oreo is stowing his gear onto the mule, El walks up and jumps up into the mule)

(Oreo closes the hatch on the mule and looks up at El)

**Cap'n runs off leaving Kat and Shiny looking at each other**
Kat: Er, ok then I'd best get the rest of my weapons together and help find Pathfinder..you armed, Shiny? Don't like the thought of him prowling around..Could you take a look at the jammer, too, cos another pair of eyes on it would be great - I want to use it but if PathFinder is playing us, we need to know. Thanks..
**Kat heads off leaving Shiny holding the jammer. Things are just never simple**

shiny's looking the jammer over and hears capts voice, "How's it look shiny is it on the up and up"? Its looks good capt, no flaws and shows no signs of being tampered with.So i'll go give it back to kat.

(Oreo looks Elbarto up and down)

El: I dont need guns to cover u and Kat in the asylum. Its all corridors and rooms. Trust me its better this way. Anyway, once we get past the main security checkpoints I'm gonna leave you and Kat. I'll lure the guards after me.
O: Thats a stupid plan.
El: Actually, if you had half a brain you would realize that its the best plan. Yours and Kats mission will be to find your family. I'll do some major damage so you can get them away safely. Remember, you gotta get your family out of there before you can blow the place.
(Oreo looks forward and mumbles something under his breath)

(thinking): i hope these work as well as sensei said they would. they are supposed to be able to stop any projectiles. He said they were made of the toughest material known to man.

**Kat is finally ready and sets off to load up the mule. She's determined to see this through without letting Oreo and El get out of hand. She decides that it's time for a charm offensive**
Kat: Hey, guys, you all ready? (Kat swings her pack into the mule and jumps in to check things over). All ok with you two?
**Oreo and El are busy pretending to check their kits**
Oreo: Yeh, fine.
Kat: How about you, El, you ok?
(El looks around at Kat and nods)
Kat: (getting desperate to be friendly but losing patience) Ok then! We're all ok. That's good. (pause) So, I guess a few things have been said, a few hot words spoken. But we're a good team, we need to stick together, look out for each other. (El and Oreo are just staring at Kat)
Kat: Well, I guess I'm done here, I'll see where the Cap'n is...(Kat leaves quickly)
