(in oreo sub-conscience, events begin to paly themseleves)
(Oreo is bound to a steel chair, bound at the hands and feet. Tude are inserted into his veins and the pain. the pain is unbearable. Oreo manages to open his eyes and see's a dead reaver next to him in the same set up. Men with blue hands are talking to each other. Looking through papers and charts. Machines beeping and buzzing all aound him)
(back in the infirmary Kat is standing over Oreo)
What are you dreaming about? What happened to you that filled you with this rage?
(She places her hand on top of his)

**Kat checks on the Cap'n and Oreo again. Both are sort of asleep, but neither of them look very restful. The Cap'n still has the heater, but it's turned down now. It looks like he'll be ok after a bit of rest.
Oreo is twitching and even though his eyes are closed, they are moving rapidly. Kat watches over him a little longer**

(Oreo talking to himself)
Can't understand anything. Can all this be real? can't remember much but, I had a life. A simple life with my family. My mother, father and sister. Sister... Kat.
(A Strange voice enters into Oreo's mind)
Your sister? Kat? Ha! she doesn't remember you and why would she. she was just a kid when you were dropped on our door step. worthless, but now, you're unique. Special. you belong with us. We created you. You were a naughty boy and ran away, but we will find you. Cause you belong here where you will be safe from harm.
(Oreo yells back to the voice)
Safe! NO! You used me! you took everything from me! and i will find YOU! I swear to god with whatever is human still in me, I will rip out whats left of your heart.
(The voice speaks again)
Such violence. Such anger. that is why you were choosen, because you were... perfect. Oreo, My son, We did not use you. we gave you life, a means to survive...a means to be better. It is true some sacrifices had to made. Blocking certain memories. Disposing of those who would otherwise prove to be troublesome, but out of those sacrifices came you. The one that can live in both the reavers world and the humans world. A new breed of being.
(Oreo speaks)
I don't want to live in both worlds, i want to be normal.

(Oreo bucks in the steel chair the he is still bound to)

**Kat walks back to the infirmary and hears Shiny talking to the Cap'n. The Cap'n is still asleep, but looks better than he did, more himself.**
Shiny? Are you ok? I'm sure the Cap'n will be right soon enough and then some decisions can be made. I...I heard what you said. About Oreo. (Kat looks over to where Oreo is still twitching and mumbling)
I don't know if it is safe to keep Oreo here. Who knows what's going on with him? Reaver blood? Alliance experiments? None of that is going to end well. But he saved the Cap'n. And me, before. I don't know - all the other stuff...I just don't know. But Cap'n will be awake soon and it won't take him long to recover. Man like that is too difficult to keep in an Infimary!
**Kat smiles at Shiny, hoping that it'll make her feel better**
C'mon, they're not going anywhere and they're as comfortable as they can be. let's go eat and you can tell me about that new converter you saw - and the young man who was selling it...!
