In case you guys forgot your history, the Spanish Armada broke up and sank around the coasts of Scotland, Ireland and Wales while attempting to invade England during the reign of Elizabeth 1. It's legend that the Irish, Scottish and Welsh that have dark hair, or featues may be the descendant of a Spanish sailor that somehow got to shore.

Yes I forgot to mention that not only are her eyes a give away that she has asian heritage but yes its trueshe has an asian forhead and small asian mouth, the way her lip hangs like shes pouting and almost forgot her slender frame.

Wouldn't it be exhausting to hide them almost 24/7? Even if she does have a magical aura, the ears would be a part of her, and they would not take kindly to being hidden.

Her ears are giggling because no one can see their true form and they enjoy being hidden in plain sight - the contagious giggling is obviously what makes Summer smile so much (Admittedly, she does screw up her lines from time to time because it can be irritating at times - "SUMMEEEEER!" - which of course makes the ears giggle even more).
Besides, they can rest and stretch their tips when she's wearing her hair open.

On the ethnicity Vs. race thing, here's a wonderful example: The definition of "Hispanic", in California at least, is limited to "Those whose ancestry originates in a former Spanish new-world colony, and whose ancestry includes both European Spanish and some form of Native American."
So. I'm half-Spanish, but I'm not hispanic, since European Spaniards aren't hispanic under the law. My wife has both Choctaw and Chickasaw in her family tree, but no Spanish, so she's not hispanic either.
That means that, legally, our daughter, born in California (a former Spanish colony) is hispanic, even though neither of her ancestors are.

I think the asian view being expressed here is mainly coming form her petite frame and facial structure. But I have to say speakingh as someone from the UK she looks equally celtic, particularly Irish. The small lips and facial structurere is very irish as is her elfish body lol.
