The Laffer curve has nothing to do with two of the three items you mentioned. The fact that some have misused the curve and you have latched on to their definition doesn't make the curve wrong, just means you and others don't understand it. The issue you fail to deal with is revenues. How do you explain away the fact that it is possible to cut taxes and increase revenues by doing so.
