My absolute favorite scene in OMR: In the corridor Mal and Book after Saffron has scampered off to cook. The Special Hell speech. Mal tells Book he has a smutty mind. Book turns to fix up the other room for Saffron, but he stops, peeks around the corner and repeats "The Special Hell."
What had me on the floor laughing was the look on Book's face as he takes a parting shot at Mal. PRICELESS!

Actually, the Our Mrs. Reynolds scene was great as well (when the whole crew find out Mal's married, etc)

there are a couple.
first, there's the whole chapter in eavesdown docks in "serenity" with badger, the whole basar ("good dogs"), and how the passengers get on board. i especially liked kaylee with her umbrella.
second, the shot with river picking up the gun/stick in "objects" and all the leafs in the hangar is very beautifully done

I'm a big fan of Kaylee's, so yes definitely the scene where she's hawking for passengers. Especially her conversation with Book. She's cute to begin with, but her and the umbrella with her hair up (Oh my).
There is one other scene that sticks out in my perverted little mind and that's the one in OoG thats the intro to Kaylee becoming the ship's mechanic. She did not look more delicious and cute than in any other Kaylee moment. Her reaction to being asked by Mal to come along "as long as you keep her in the air", is priceless.
