Episode 1x06 entitled "Muffin Buffalo" has appeared in the newsgroup alt.binaries.multimedia in SVCD format. I don't know if others will show up. I was never a fan of the show, but I just wanted to pass the word along to those that are.

doesn't the newsgroup have to be more specific than alt.binaries.multimedia? I can't find it.

Just go to http://alt.binaries.nl/ and search for 'wonderfalls'. I hope someone sets up a bit torrent for this, though...I don't have access to a newsgroup server (outside the firewall, at least)

Please help Haken keep this site running by occasionally clicking on some of the sponsored ad links on the side of the page!

Some more details:

Apparently a screener dvd went out with 6 episodes on it. Four of the episodes were aired on tv, two others (production 1x06 & 1x07) on the dvd remained unaired. My guess is that 1x07 will show up soon.

alt.binaries.multimedia is the official name of the group, although you may be thinking of:
news:alt.binaries.multimedia (a common web-browser/LookOut (heh) notation).

Some ISPs carry newsgroups, some don't. Premium news servers such as EasyNews or GigaNews are available. Newzbin, BNR2, and Agent are common news readers for binaries such as these. Go to TimDoc as I listed above for far more information than I would be able to provide.

Someone will inevitably post a torrent file to suprnova.org but beware: To download, you MUST be a uploader. That means that the copyright holder can bust you for distribution even if you are "only" downloading. Every TCP packet coming into a PC is tagged by a source IP address, if a torrent is being watched by the copyright holder and the packets come from your pc - you're tagged. Just thought I'd pass along this little caution regading bittorrent. It's strange how many people don't know this and feel anonymous.

There are torrents up for eps 6 and 7 at www.suprnova.org under the TV section, Wonderfalls sub-catagory... I am downloading them right now, kinda slowly, so the more the merrier! ;-)

If you can't run, you crawl, and if you can't crawl, well, if you can't do that, you find someone to carry you.

I tried bit torrent once for a SouthPark episode and ended up with a Trojan. I'll stick to newsgroups.
